Larger outside plant projects are scheduled in phases after a full scope is agreed, and we keep a response crew ready for emergency restoration that can be on site in a few hours for covered agreements.

Yes. Every completed span is tested with an OTDR and a light meter, and you receive a written certification that lists the measured loss, the connector count, the splice locations, and the route. That document is yours to keep and is the record your provider will want when the plant is accepted.
